A series of online events will take place from 10 to 13 September as part of the International Real Estate Investment Forum PROESTATE.Live, covering key issues for buyers of residential real estate under the BUSINESS FOR PEOPLE track of the forum’s business programme. The organizers of PROESTATE.Live are the Roscongress Foundation, the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Utilities of the Russian Federation, the Academy of Real Estate (ARE), and Immergity.
The events on the BUSINESS FOR PEOPLE track will look at the market for residential real estate from the end user perspective and will help future buyers to navigate the property world more confidently.
Industry experts will discuss the experience of remote mortgage transactions, the best time to buy an apartment in a new build, making the right choice between mortgages and rentals, and the current market status of apartments. The speakers participating in the track will also offer advice on making the right decision when purchasing real estate, present new projects from property developers, and explain how to evaluate different approaches to construction, outlining differences and highlighting priorities.
All the events on the track will be held in a webinar format. There will also be a conference on ‘Attractive offers, reliable developers: how to make the best decision when purchasing real estate’.
Speakers on the BUSINESS FOR PEOPLE track will include SRG partner Maxim Rusakov, PR Director of VectorStroy Finance Natalia Mednikova, CEO of CENTURY 21 Russia Egor Provkin, head of new builds for MIEL at Sokol Sergey Zhutin, CEO of PRO Realty Maya Grekhova, founder of Agentessa real estate agency Eva Kharitonovaand CTO of Inside internet agency Oleg Stepanov, among other experts from the world of real estate and related industries.
In addition to the BUSINESS FOR PEOPLE track, the forum business programme will include online events covering STRATEGY, HIGH LEVEL BUSINESS, INVESTMENT, TECHNOLOGY and KNOWLEDGE. Every track will be held in its own dedicated virtual hall.
PROESTATE.Live will take place in an interactive online virtual format with a 3D exhibition, an extensive conference programme and a wide range of networking opportunities.
